Job Description

• Market and competitor analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, analyze trends, and monitor competitor offerings and activities.
• Campaign management: Oversee the creation and execution of advertising, promotional, and social media campaigns across different channels (print, web, broadcast).
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams such as product development, sales, and design to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful product launches.
• Budget management: Create and manage budgets for brand activities and campaigns, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
• Performance tracking: Monitor brand performance using metrics like awareness, loyalty, and profitability to refine strategies.
• Brand consistency: Ensure the brand's identity, visual elements, and voice are consistent across all consumer touchpoints, including packaging and in-store displays.
• Develop brand strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand values.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4 - 7 years of experience.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 monthly.
