Job Position: Female Telemarketer
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• 2 years experience in marketing or more.
• Female preferably
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Research, outreach and partner with estate agents, property managers and landlord to provide the company's service.
• Strengthen customer relationships while attracting new ones.
• Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the CEO to achieve revenue goals.
• Set up and oversee our business development team .
• Manage the entire company's sales cycle from start to finish
• Hitting agreed sales KPIs
• Generate and develop a pipeline of new / existing sales leads
• Develop strategies to upsell and cross sell additional products & services
• Maintaining up to date records of client interactions via our CRM
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree qualification.

Key Benefits

• Salary: N50,000 monthly + Generous commission package + equity option.
