Enroyale Global Services Limited, a reputable diagnostic company with a central laboratory in Abuja and other labs in Lagos, Osogbo and Makurdi - Nigeria, is currently recruiting to fill the vacant positions


Position: Front Desk/ Customer Liaison Officer

Locations: Abuja/Lagos/Makurdi/Osogbo

Qualification/Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in any relevant field.
• High level of integrity/good customer service skills with a desire to contribute to client care
• This is a very fast paced, detail oriented position. Must be able to work long hours
• Excellent IT skills, Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with good attention to detail
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a relevant position
• Knowledge of various medical diagnostic investigations is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and attending to clients requests for laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
• Answering multiple phone lines. Excellent IT skills and accuracy, with good attention to detail
• Verifying Hospital and HMO data and working with electronic health records
• Collecting payments and organizing/scanning paperwork
• Attend to inquiries and provide information on services to visiting clients.
• Good knowledge of diagnostic tests and equipment.
• Perform tasks and assigned duties related to laboratory services.
