While many Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) face barriers such as limited collateral, weak documentation, and lack of transparency, financial institutions struggle with identifying creditworthy borrowers and managing risk efficiently. CredSol bridges this gap by serving as a technology-driven marketplace that connects verified SMEs with financial institutions, ensuring trust, transparency, and efficiency throughout the credit process.

Role Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Frontend Engineer (React & Next.js) to join our dynamic team at CredSol, a pioneering digital platform revolutionizing access to finance for SMEs.
• The successful candidate will develop user-facing features, implement responsive UI components, and optimize applications for speed and scalability. As part of our mission-driven team, s/he will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features using React and Next.js
• Implement responsive, accessible UI components
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Oversee regulatory compliance, customer service, and partner management
• Build KPIs for service delivery and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong understanding of Next.js, SSR/SSG, and routing
• Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or similar
• Basic understanding of frontend performance optimization
• Version control experience (Git)
• Proven track record in process re-engineering and scaling businesses
