Job Position: Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

• As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into interactive and responsive web applications.
• You will work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to create user-friendly digital experiences that align with our goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features with clean, maintainable code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend developers and web designers to improve usability.
• Maintain and improve website performance and accessibility.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Ensure consistency in UI/UX design while optimizing for performance across devices and browsers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Ensure consistent branding and design across all platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve user experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 4–6 years of front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Strong experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and utility-first frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
