We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: General Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Details

• The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business.
• They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
• Also, they should have a decent knowlegde on Information Technology and Finance, as we are a FINTECH Organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Oversee the day to day operations in all deparments
• Develop and manage companys Anuual Bugdet
• Cost Analysis and Management
• Preparation of Management accounts and comparing performance against budgeted targets
• Management of Tax, PAYE, VAT, WHT etc
• Manage and control payments & settlements
• Give Reports on the position of the company on a monthly basis
• Perform risk evalution procedures.
• Ensure the companys books are up to date and accurate.
• Manage operations and finances of business
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years' working experince and at least 5 years in management position in similar role in a microfinance outfit.
• Strong communications and administrative skills
• Indepth knowlegde of finanical regulations and accounting process
• Decent knowlegde on Information Technology and FINTECH
• Strong knowlegde on Credit Administration and Recovery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
