Job Position: Graduate IT Trainee
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Documents, troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software, application setup, implementation and deployment issues with clients
• Taking ownership of technical issues and working with our Consultants to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
• Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
• Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
• Analytically minded and a fast learner
• Confident and possess leadership skills
• Smart working, diligent and trustworthy
• Ready to be part of a team and work with the team to meet tight schedules
• Able to adapt to a tough and fast environment
• The ability to interact with a wide range of staff in the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a minimum of a HND/B.Sc degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Must have completed NYSC
• One year working experience desirable but not compulsory.
