About the Project

• We're building an AI-powered platform that helps job seekers navigate the modern hiring process — from resume building to interview preparation — with smart tools and intuitive design. 
• As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's visual identity and delivering stunning user-centric assets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity for the product.
• Design graphics for landing pages, social media, product UI, and pitch decks.
• Create illustrations, icons, mockups, and visual elements for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to bring designs to life.
• Support in the creation of product demos and visual storytelling assets.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in tech startups or product teams.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital product work.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team.
• Passion for clean design and a strong understanding of design principles.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion design or simple animation (e.g., After Effects, Lottie).
• Familiarity with UI/UX workflows and developer handoff tools.
• Interest in HR tech, AI, or social impact platforms.
