Job Position: Head, Bartender

Job Location: Benin , Edo

Main  Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Oversee the mixing of drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
• Train bar team to have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time
• OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
• Must be 28 years and Above
• 2-3 years working experience in Hospitality Sector
• Professional qualification in Hospitality Management an added advantage
