Teclab Management Services Limited - Our client, a Hospitality Service Provider, with a 90 bedroom large International hotel of 4 standards in Lagos, requires the services of suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head Chef
Job Location: Lagos
Department: Food and Beverage

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that all menus are properly updated while paying attention to seasonal availability
• To ensure that all Menus are well calculated to ensure maximum gross profit
• To ensure that all staff are constantly trained to effect good portion control and pleasing presentation of dishes.
• To ensure that all statutory hygiene requirements are diligently followed.
• To ensure that maintenance problems are promptly reported.
• Liaise daily with management as regards Special VIP’s functions.
• Constantly update knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Culinary Arts
• Extensive knowledge of Food and wine
• Must have at least 8 Years work Experience
• Leadership and supervisory skills are required.

Remuneration
Salary is attractive and commensurate with experience.
