We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head, Facility and Estate
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all pending approval requests are treated withing 24 hours from each request
• Achieve average work order completion time (general) maximum 72 hours per request each MONTH
• Achieve average work order completion time (retail outlets) of maximum 24 hours per request per technician each MONTH
• Achieve minimum of 20 preventive maintenance works each month
• Achieve a minimum occupany rate of 70% per month.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master's Degree  HND with 10 years of experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N110,000 Monthly.
