Our Client, a leading multinational beverage company, are looking to attract to HR professionals with vast experience in change management & transformation programs, multicultural working environment and strong industrial relations management.

 

Purpose of role

The Head, HR will primarily be responsible for leading human resource initiatives including employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, culture change, staffing, talent development, performance management, compensation, policy compliance, employee relations, and communications.


 

Responsibilities

  • Lead as key business partner to senior leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness
  • Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on bringing in diverse talent and building a talent pipeline
  • Drive key HR strategies and initiatives to support business strategic and operational goals
  • Manage key HR processes, including annual salary planning, compensation, bi-annual performance feedback cycle, leadership development review, employee training and development, and employee relations. industrial peace
  • Responsible for implementation of process improvement including; leading change initiatives, planning, facilitation, staffing, pipeline and talent development
  • Implements and monitors adherence to all organization-specific Human Resource-related policies, procedures and practices. Acts as liaison between HR, management and employees regarding HR policies, procedures

 

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field 15+ years(FMCG Sector) HR Experience including; employee relations, developing managers and/or conflict resolution experience and change management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, inter-personal and leadership skills
  • Strong employee relations, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Professional certifications (CIPM/CIPD)
