Job Description

• We are seeking for a self-managed HR Professional, with strong competence in managing our Internal HR and Office Administration services.
• The appointee will also be responsible for developing new business in the area of meeting the requirements of Clients for Engineering/Technical recruitment, as well as the identification of opportunities for the provision of outsourcing services for Engineering, technical, as well as factory operatives for Clients in the Manufacturing/Engineering services.
• Accordingly, the appointee will have strong business development skills and the contacts, or the ability to develop contacts at senior levels in the designated industries.
• He/She will be operating in a performance driven environment, with budget/profit responsibilities.

Requirements

• Suitable candidates will have qualifications in Business Administration, Engineering sciences or the humanities, with not less than ten years HR Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• It will be useful if applicants have some consulting experience.
