Job Position: Head of Academy

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description / Requirement

• Manage and develop all units in the academy: instructor led training, e-learning and recruitment- for external clients.
• Ensure an annual calendar of courses that is relevant & appealing to the market effectively priced & optimally publicized
• Ensure excellent turnaround time & high success rate of recruitment / outsourcing briefs.
• Ensure the development of timely high-quality, cutting-edge offerings in e-learning.
• Previous experience in similar role with 5 - 7 years of work experience.
