Job Position: Head of Accounts

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• The head of account will be responsible for the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analysis and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research / knowledge / opportunity
• Leadership / supervisory role
• Policy formation
• Documentation and reporting
• Financial analysis
• Other similar responsibilities deemed fit for proper discharge of duties.

Requirements

• Education - Minimum of B.sc in Accounting or related field. ICAN and other certification is an added advantage.
• Experience 7-10 years working experience (in real estate industry is an advantage)
• Communication skills - must portray exceptional communication and reporting skills.
• Hands-on - Ms office and major accounting softwares expertise is a must.
• Interpersonal skills is compulsory.
• Must be resident of Lekki / Ajah or environs

Salary
Negotiable.
