Job Position: Head of IT Operations

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our IT operations, overseeing IT systems, infrastructure, and team, with a focus on delivering exceptional service across all industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team and operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Manage IT service management, incident, and problem management.
• Lead project management for IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for project implementation.
• Drive IT strategy and innovation.
• Manage IT budget and vendor relationships.
• Oversee integration and optimization of PMS (Property Management Systems), POS (Point of Sale), and other industry-specific systems.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 6-8 years of IT experience, with 3+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience with PMS, POS, and other industry-specific systems a plus.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
