Job Position: Head of Sales and Marketing (SAAS)

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND in Marketing
  • Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Business Development in a software company
  • Preferred candidate should have a professional certification
  • Excellent verbal and visual Sales and Marketing reporting skills.

Salary

  • N700,000 - N750,000 monthly.
