Swiftsync Consulting company - Our client, a brand new 5-Star Hotel, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel General Manager
Job Location: Adamawa
Reports to: The Chairman

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.

Qualification and Experience

• BA/BSc/HND in Accounting, Business management or any related field. Master's qualification in hospitality management is an added advantage
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in Managing a hospitality organization with good track record of leading and supervising staff.
