Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, security).
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Monitor service quality standards and implement improvements.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
