Job Description


  • We are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Executive to lead our human resources and administrative functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, and office administration, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce and office functions.
  • This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive work environment while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Oversee office administration, vendor management, and facility operations to ensure seamless daily activities.
  • Develop and manage HR and administrative budgets, optimizing costs while maintaining efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on HR-related matters, fostering leadership development.
  • Supervise payroll and HR database operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee corporate certificate renewals, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement and talent retention initiatives, creating a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Monitor HR and administrative costs and contribute to budget planning and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement employee well-being programs, including mental health, work-life balance, and career development initiatives.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development programs to build internal capabilities and ensure business continuity.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) strategies.
  • Manage employee grievance procedures, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and compliance.
  • Partner with senior management to analyze workforce trends and provide strategic HR insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee HR technology systems, including HRIS, payroll software, and talent management platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, including NetSuite, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
