Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations matters and assist in conflict resolution.
• Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Implement and promote HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
