Job Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• Our client is seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and staff welfare
• Support payroll coordination and statutory remittances
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or cosmetics industry is an added advantage

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
