Responsibilities

• Develop organizational structure
• Develop Job Description for all staff
• Review employee records and develop an accurate database
• Oversee recruitment of medica land admin staff for the operational period
• Develop HR policies
  • Recruitment and confirmation policy
  • Training & development policy
  • Leave policy
  • Bullying & harassment policy
  • Company property management policy
  • Travel policy
  • Health & safety policy
  • Employee welfare policy
  • Exit management policy
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Develop performance management framework/policy
• Develop grading structure.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND
• 10 years of experience in HR
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Relevant academic diploma in Human Resources management.

Remuneration
N400,000 (Gross) Monthly.
