Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our business objectives by providing strategic and operational HR guidance.
• The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Monitor staff performance and engagement, and provide regular feedback.
• Participate in training, development, and welfare initiatives.
• Prepare and submit HR reports and analytics to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Experience in FINTECH is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
