Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and HR Certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-scp, CIPM, PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Proven experience and track record in employee relations, performance management, and talent organizational development.
• Knowledge of labour laws and employee relations management.
