• Candidates who would plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities and staff of the firm.
• He/ She would be responsible for overall company morale and administers policies and programs.

• Organization of company resources

• Management of charitable efforts
• Departmental planning
• Employee to employee mediation and facilitation
• Employee Termination

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years previous experience as a Human Resources Manager, Specialist or related positions
• A Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• Excellent communication skills
• Mediation and consultation expertise
• Leadership skills
• Business acumen
• Critical thinking and evaluation skills
• Strong code of ethics
• Proficiency in relationship management
