Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Purpose of the Job

• To ensure that HR strategy is implemented in line with the company’s core values, business plans and that HR policy, procedures and processes are developed, communicated, understood and consistently implemented

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies for Change Management
• Work towards best Practice
• Provide continuous improvement and innovation on customer service

Requirements

• University Degree in Human Resources, or any related Social Science field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience specifically in HR
• Membership of certified HR professional bodies
• Experience within the hospitality sector will be an added advantage.
