Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Obafemi-Owode LGA, Ogun

Description

• We sincerely invite talented individuals from all fields to join MICO-positions in Food Manufacturing Roles (R&D / Production/ Quality & Technology /Human Resources).
• We seek a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager with a genuine passion for human resources functions.
• Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible in executing day to day Human Resource Management (HRM) activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience requirements, including at least 3 years in a similar managerial role with proven ability to independently lead an HR department.
• Candidates from FMCG/Food industries are preferred.
