Responsibilties

• A Hotel HR Manager is responsible for recruiting and onboarding staff, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, conducting training programs, managing performance appraisals, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work.

Requirements
