We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Inventory and System Controller 

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• Responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation between physical stock and system stock, while managing inventory records and coordinating with relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile physical stock with system stock daily/weekly
• Maintain accurate inventory records on company systems
• Investigate and resolve stock variances and losses
• Liaise with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Audit teams
• Ensure proper documentation of receipts, issues, returns, and transfers
• Support stock audits and month-end closing
• Enforce inventory control procedures and compliance.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 years of experience.
• Strong system / ERP proficiency and data accuracy skills
• Good inter-departmental communication skills
• Experience in warehouse or FMCG inventory management preferred
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
