Elkris Foods Nigeria Limited is a fast-growing (FMCG) Company that produces Swallow / Ball-Foods, Confectionery, beverages in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: IT Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ability to design websites and applications using the latest languages.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues relating to internal IT
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Manage the Social media pages, respond to customers and monitor social media campaign
• Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements to hardware and software.
• Develop computer information resources, provide for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Responding promptly to service issues and requests
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and escalating to the external vendor if the need arises
• Liaise with external company vendors and ensure all negotiations align with company policy.
• Analyze workflow, establish priorities, developed standards, and set deadlines.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the usage of sage software, Web application Languages, and digital Marketing will also be an added advantage.
