Job Position: IT Support Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an IT Support Officer that will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a smooth IT environment for employees and departments.
• This role involves resolving both hardware and software issues, managing network connections, and assisting users with technical needs to improve system efficiency and reliability.

This role also involves

• Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Perform regular updates, upgrades, and maintenance for operating systems and software.
• Ensure network connectivity throughout the company's LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Assist employees with setup and troubleshooting of workstations, applications, and devices.
• Implement and follow security protocols, manage user accounts, and ensure data privacy.
