1.) HVAC Technician

Job Locations: Lagos & Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Install and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
  • Monitor and maintain refrigerant levels and other system components.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: SSCE / OND / HND
  • Trade Test I, II & III certifications are required
  • Relevant technical certifications in HVAC systems (e.g., NATE certification).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components in HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.

2.) Generator Technician

Job Location: Albasa, Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Slot: 2 Opening

Responsibilities

  • Monitor gauges and meters to ensure that the generator is operating efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and services on generators, such as oil changes and filter replacements
  • Installing new generators or replacing parts in existing generators to keep them functioning properly
  • Troubleshoot and repair alternating current electrical systems on generators, automatic transfer switches, generator controls, and engine-related mechanical failures
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and initiate procurement of replacement supplies and equipment as necessary
  • Make cost and material estimates; collects data for preventive maintenance system
  • Perform voltage changes on generators based on the tenant’s requirements
  • Re-wire, adjust, and install control panels and voltage regulators
  • Maintain electrical systems and components, such as replacing fuses or fixing wiring problems
  • Operate and maintain equipment used to provide electricity to customers during power outages or emergencies
  • Respond promptly to problems with the generator or other electrical equipment as needed
  • Operating and monitoring computerized controls for generators to ensure they are functioning properly

Specification

  • Minimum of SSCE / NABTEB / OND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a generator technician

  • The candidate must have a Trade Test I, II & III
  • in-depth knowledge of generator readings
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, and safety regulations

3.) Solar Power Inverter System Engineer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Power Inverter System Engineer to join our Real Estate Operations & Maintenance team.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems, with a specific focus on inverters.
  • This role is crucial for ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of solar installations across our portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
  • The engineer will be responsible for leading all operations, executing a comprehensive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, and responding to technical issues to maximize system uptime and energy yield.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all solar power systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, batteries, and monitoring equipment across multiple real estate locations.
  • Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Develop and execute a detailed monthly PPM schedule. This includes, but is not limited to: Inspecting and cleaning solar panels to maintain optimal performance, performing visual and technical inspections of inverters for signs of wear, damage, or error codes, checking all electrical connections for corrosion, loose terminals, or signs of overheating, verifying the proper function of cooling fans and air filters on inverter units, etc.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with solar inverters and other system components.
  • Performance Tracking: Track system performance, identify faults, and generate monthly performance reports. 
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with external service providers and OEMs for warranty claims, major repairs, and specialized maintenance activities.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are conducted in strict adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and local electrical codes
  • Documentation: Maintain an up-to-date logbook of all system faults, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in the operations, maintenance, and engineering of solar PV systems.
  • Proven expertise in the function, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of solar inverters (e.g., string inverters, central inverters).
  • Solid understanding of electrical principles, single-line diagrams, and circuit design related to PV systems.
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring tools and software (e.g., SCADA, proprietary monitoring platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Good use of Microsoft applications, most especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word for reports and presentations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and locations effectively

4.) Radiology Technician

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring patient safety and adherence to radiologic standards of care during imaging procedures.
  • Calibrating equipment to ensure clear and accurate images are captured as directed by physicians.
  • Logging and organizing image results, developing film, and collaborating with radiologists to assess the quality and necessity of additional images.
  • Coordinating with the radiology department to schedule and complete radiographic procedures.
  • Assisting the radiographer with patient positioning and providing attentive care during medical imaging procedures.
  • Properly sterilizing and storing equipment, conducting maintenance checks, and promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions.
  • Completing patients' intake process, documenting their medical histories, and educating them about the imaging procedure following standard protocols.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Radiology Technology or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 2 -4 years of relevant experience.
  • Current license/registration with a relevant professional body
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and patient service skills to provide compassionate and informative care to our patients.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely interpretation of radiographic results.
