We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Graphics Designer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visual designs for social media, flyers, banners, proposals, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Create clean and professional layouts that align with our brand identity.
  • Work closely with content and marketing teams to interpret briefs and produce designs that meet project goals.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
  • Maintain an organised library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
  • Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar design tools.
  • A solid portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilities.
  • Good sense of colour, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to producing excellent work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating social media graphics.
  • Basic motion design skills are an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.

2.) Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Agungi - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment
  • Lead performance management and appraisal systems to drive productivity.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Manage payroll administration, employee benefits, and welfare initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and data-driven insights for management decision-making.
  • Support management in organizational planning and change management.
  • Promote and sustain a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3.) Software Developer / Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, & maintainsoftware applications
  • Write clean, efficient code in languages like Java,Python, JavaScript
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Test & Debug: Ensure functionality, fix bugs
  • Deploy software to production environments.
  • Can use soft programming such as word press and others
  • Manage and update the organization’s IT assets, software licenses, and inventory.
  • Support the implementation of new technology and system upgrades.
  • Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection laws, and cybersecurity standards
  • Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and recommend innovative IT improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
