1.) Tractor Technician (Mechanic)

Job Location: Niger
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in tractors. Perform necessary repairs, replacements, and adjustments to ensure proper functioning.
  • Routine Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication, to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems in tractor systems. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and rectify issues.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand reported issues, explain repair processes, and provide estimates for services. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to share knowledge, solve complex problems, and ensure efficient workflow within the maintenance team.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities. Provide accurate and timely reports to management on equipment status and repair history.
  • Parts Management: Manage and maintain an organized inventory of spare parts. Order and source necessary parts for repairs and replacements.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on tractors. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in tractor technology and attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure the timely resumption of tractor operations.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.

2.) Graphics Designer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are currently recruiting for the Position of a Graphics Designer for our client- a logistic company. We need a hands-on creative lead with 6+ years of work experience, who can bring strategic thinking to communication, is able to independently engage with stakeholders, understand marketing problems and translate them into comms problems/solutions and beautiful visuals.
  • This role will be responsible for all visual communication pieces going across owned, paid and earned media. It is best if the candidate has exposure to both static and moving content and has worked on creating brand & marketing collaterals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Product, Social, Content & other stakeholders to gather creative requirements & ensure on time delivery.
  • Work from internal briefs to generate ideas/concepts to present and implement and produce effective onsite and offsite campaigns in line with company objectives.
  • Research, Develop and Design brochures, posters, websites, presentations, promotional merchandise, publications and cataloging images, files and equipment. Provide end-to-end design solutions: Newsletters, Videos, Templates, Social Media, Offline/Print creatives, etc.
  • Ensure that our brand remains cutting edge, positions us ahead of our competition and adheres to our internal best practice standards.
  • Manage all aspects of art direction, design for all design-related projects.
  • Quality control of all GD team creative outputs in line with brand standards - including proofing and reviewing deliverables and project processes.
  • Mentor and support the team of Graphic Designers (and freelancers, if required to onboard) to ensure their skills remain up to date and that they are leveraging current tools and processes to support departmental goals
  • Communicate creative briefs and concepts to the marketing team as well as set and manage expectations around work allocation.
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
  • Procurement/Managing third party tools used for images, videos, audio or any other purpose along with the financial and usage report.

Requirements

  • 6 Years + digital creation experience (including demonstrating creativity & Ecommerce online experience)
  • Experience in marketing collaterals (digital and offline)
  • Basic design and typography skills
  • Proficiency with PAdobe creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, Premier pro, InDesign and other related softwares
  • Additional experience in web programming, photography and publishing will be considered but are not necessary for the position.

Salary Range
N300,000 - N500,000 / month.

3.) Social Media Executive

Job Location: Lagos

  • The position holder will be responsible for managing compelling content across various social platforms to engage target audience and drive brand awareness.
  • He/she will collaborate closely with the marketing team, and will contribute to the organisation’s online presence and channel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to the industry and brand.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and facilitate discussions to foster a positive online community.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and analyse campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the company's social presence.
  • Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience of 6+ years in an online travel Agency or ecommerce industry
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design principles.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and digital marketing techniques.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms' algorithms, features, and trends.
  • Creative mindset for content creation.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / Month.

4.) Business Development Executive

Job Location: Magodo, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Company is a major player in the Medical and Technical Equipment Industry and due to expansion now seeks an experienced Business Development Executive to join her Team. The ideal candidates will be required to work closely with clients/customers and their team to grow and promote the sales of laboratory equipment, reagents, MCB Media & Supplements, consumables, and test kits in order to increase market share.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate and implement a strategic business plan that expands the Company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing and direct interaction with business owners and managers.
  • Expand market awareness of the company products and the industry experience by communicating features and benefits of the products and services effectively.
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure customer project requirements are met in line with company/industry set standards.
  • Establish sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for industries.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field is compulsory
  • Highly resilient and unfazed in the face of rejection and objection.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Highly motivated and result-driven.
  • Previous experience in Medical or Technical sales is an added advantage
  • Excellent Selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good Analytical and Logical Knowledge.
  • Relationship management skills and open to feedback.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
