Keystone Bank is a full service commercial bank currently owned by Sigma Golf River Bank Consortium after being acquired from the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in 2017. It was granted banking license on August 5, 2011, by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The Bank has met and exceeded all capital adequacy requirements of the CBN and assumed the deposit liabilities, certain other liabilities and assets of former Bank PHB Plc, following the revocation of the erstwhile bank's operating License by the CBN.

1.) Technical Assistant to the Executive Director, Enterprise Risk Management


Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive technical support to the Executive Director, Risk Management.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of risk management principles and regulatory frameworks.
  • They will be proficient in coordinating risk management activities, preparing accurate reports and presentations, and facilitating effective communication across departments.
  • The candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic banking environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related work tools is essential.

2) Chief Risk Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in Enterprise Risk Management within the Nigerian banking sector, strong regulatory engagement experience, and the ability to drive a robust risk culture across the organisation. 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the Bank’s enterprise-wide risk strategy, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks, guiding the identification and mitigation of emerging risks, providing timely and insightful reports to the Executive Management, and embedding risk awareness into business decision-making processes. 
  • They will also oversee credit, market, operational, liquidity, and compliance risk functions, while fostering strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders to safeguard the Bank’s stability and reputation.
