We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Maintenance / Mechanical Technician

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repairs:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machines (e.g., mixers, bottling lines, conveyors, pumps, boilers, chillers).
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and carry out repairs.
• Ensure all equipment operates at optimal performance to avoid downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.

Production Support:

• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns during production.
• Calibrate machines and ensure they follow beverage industry standards for safety and hygiene.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Facility & Utility Management:

• Maintain facility utilities such as water systems, generators, compressors, HVAC, and electrical panels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, food-safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements
Education & Certification:

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Technical certifications in mechanics, welding, electrical installation, or mechatronics are an advantage.

2.) Production Manager

Job Location: Lagos 

Responsibilities
Production Planning & Management:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and organizational goals.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Monitor production flow and adjust operations to resolve bottlenecks.

Quality Control & Assurance:

• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to investigate deviations, defects, or non-conformities.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management:

• Supervise, mentor, and train production staff across shifts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Safety, Compliance & Maintenance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and workstations.

Process Optimization & Cost Management:

• Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and track KPIs such as OEE, downtime, yield, and productivity.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate reports on production output, downtime, inventory usage, and labor performance.
• Present weekly/monthly production performance reports to management.

Key Requirements
Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Additional certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Production Management is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, workflows, and resource allocation.

3.) Bottle Blowing Machine Operator

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation:

• Set up, operate, and monitor the bottle blowing machine to produce PET bottles in the required size and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings (temperature, air pressure, stretch/blow cycles) for optimal performance.
• Load preforms into the machine and manage bottle output.
• Inspect bottles for defects (thickness, shape, clarity, leaks) and ensure they meet quality standards.

Quality Control:

• Conduct visual and physical quality checks at regular intervals.
• Remove defective products and report recurring issues.
• Record production data, including output quantity, rejects, and adjustments made.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting;

• Perform basic preventive maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor mechanical adjustments.
• Quickly troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues to avoid production downtime.
• Report major faults to the maintenance team or supervisor for immediate attention.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and machine-handling procedures.
• Maintain strict hygiene according to food and beverage manufacturing standards
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the production team, quality control, and maintenance technicians.
• Communicate machine performance, production targets, and issues to the supervisor.

Requirements
Education:

• SSCE / OND / Technical School Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (preferred).
