We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Institutional Marketing Manager


Job Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Institutional Marketing Manager will lead the expansion of the company's institutional market footprint in Nigeria.
  • This strategic role involves developing and implementing comprehensive B2B marketing initiatives, from identifying high-value prospects and optimizing outreach to creating impactful marketing assets that enable the Institutional Sales team and elevate brand authority among decision-makers and target audience.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Prospecting:

  • Conduct in-depth research into target verticals, including Government agencies, Corporate institutions (FMCG, Gas/Cylinder companies, food, Logistics/Courier etc) food companies, banks and Multi-National Corporations.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, aligning with Sales using proven channels such as LinkedIn, industry directories, government tender portals etc.

Outreach Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and oversee data-driven, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone etc)
  • Refine messaging to resonate with target audience while collaborating with Sales for alignment.
  • Establish clear metrics for outreach success and report on campaign performance.

Marketing Asset Development & Management:

  • Oversee the creation and refinement of marketing and sales support materials, including compelling email sequences, bespoke proposals, product brochures, and other essential collaterals.
  • Work closely with Sales and technical teams to ensure marketing assets accurately reflect product capabilities and address client needs.

Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership:

  • Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and establish thought leadership within institutional segments.
  • Develop visibility of the brand in high-value channels and formats (webinars, conferences etc.) and cultivate strong media and organisational relationships.
  • Implement targeted digital marketing (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and explore strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, institutional sales support, or business development, preferably within the automotive, logistics, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian business landscape and government procurement processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

2.) Automobile Fabrication Manager - 3W Product

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Manufacturing / Operations
Reports To: Assembly Manager
Industry: Automotive (Three-Wheelers – Passenger & Cargo)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and process-driven Automobile Fabrication Manager to lead the end-to-end fabrication and body-building operations for our Three-Wheeler (3W) product line.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive fabrication, sheet metal forming, welding processes, and jig & fixture design, ensuring high-quality output through strong leadership, planning, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete fabrication operations for 3W product chassis and body systems including frame welding, forming, trimming, and sub-assembly integration.
  • Lead a team of fabrication technicians and supervisors ensuring productivity, quality, and safety targets.
  • Coordinate with Design, R&D, Quality, and Production Planning to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) practices and timelines are met.
  • Oversee tooling development – including jigs, fixtures, and dies for welding and assembly operations.
  • Maintain and optimize welding procedures (MIG/TIG/Spot), CNC cutting, and bending processes.
  • Monitor fabrication KPIs – yield, cycle time, rework %, and lead-time – and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Implement and ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, or similar quality systems within the fabrication shop.
  • Drive adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards as per industry norms.
  • Conduct regular training and upskilling programs for technicians and operators.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related discipline.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in fabrication & body shop operations, ideally in a 3-wheeler or light commercial vehicle segment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding processes, robotic welding (preferred), and structural assembly.
  • Experience with fabrication CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with ERP and MES systems.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance tools like FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), PPAP.

Preferred:

  • Experience with 3-wheeler chassis or composite body manufacturing.
  • Certifications in Welding Inspection, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
  • Hands-on experience in setting up new fabrication lines or automation cells.

3.) Production Manager - Assembly Plant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Production Manager to lead our Assembly Plant operations, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality output of finished goods.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in assembly line setup, lean manufacturing, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination across a dynamic shop floor. Hands-on experience with vehicle assembly, battery integration, modular systems, or semi/fully automated lines will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day operations of the assembly lines to meet production targets in terms of volume, quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Monitor and control production schedules, resource allocation, takt time, and workflow balancing.
  • Lead, train, and supervise assembly supervisors, line leaders, and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for smooth execution of assembly operations.
  • Analyze and optimize productivity metrics – OEE, downtime, cycle time, rejection %, and rework levels.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / EHS protocols).
  • Drive implementation of Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, TPM, SMED) and problem-solving frameworks (PDCA, RCA, FMEA).
  • Manage material flow on the shop floor using Just-In-Time (JIT), pull systems, or digital assembly control systems.
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) ramp-up, changeovers, and process validation at the assembly line.
  • Report production performance to senior management and recommend improvements in plant operations and efficiency.
  • Play a key role in integrating new technologies such as robotic or semi-automated systems, especially in vehicle or battery assembly lines, to enhance throughput and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile Engineering.
  • 8–15 years of experience in assembly shop or manufacturing plant, preferably in automotive, EVs, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Proven track record in managing production teams in high-speed, multi-model or variant assembly operations.
  • Proficiency in using ERP/MES systems and MS Office tools for production monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools, lean manufacturing, and people management.

Preferred Skills & Experience (Strongly Considered):

  • Experience with vehicle assembly, battery pack integration, or modular/semi-automated assembly systems.
  • Familiarity with robotic automation and smart manufacturing technologies.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or Industrial Safety.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams in a technology-driven production environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
