Job Position: Marketer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities


  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
  • Providing advice about visas or passports
  • Selling holidays, insurance and Education.
  • Research various destinations
  • Plan and organize travels by booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
  • Inform clients and provide useful travel material (guides, maps, event programs etc)
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs
  • Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND
  • 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be an added advantage
  • Candidates with personal experience in travelling will have an advantage
  • Passionate about travel and tourism
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good sales skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge about tourism trends
  • Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options

Job Position: Personal Assistant
Job Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring a reporting manager's email and responding if required.
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Organising travel and itineraries.
  • Organising and planning meetings.
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments. Many PAs control access to the manager/executive.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organising events and conferences.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
  • Organising the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Reliable, loyal and discrete.
  • Able to supervise Domestic staff.
  • Hold excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have the ability to organise the most unorganised person.
  • Self motivated.
  • Proven experience working as a personal assistant will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and social skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
