1.) Marketer (Laboratory Services)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to effectively promote laboratory services and drive customer engagement.
• Identify and target key customer segments, collaborating with the sales team to maximize outreach and conversion.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and other potential clients to increase referral business.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, conferences, and outreach programs to enhance the laboratory's market presence.
• Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels, to reach and engage potential customers.
• Craft compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase the laboratory's capabilities.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide insights for refining marketing strategies.

Requirements

• A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, specifically within the healthcare or laboratory services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to create persuasive and impactful marketing content.
• Results-oriented with a focus on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory services and the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of routine and specialized laboratory tests with precision and efficiency.
• Adhere to stringent quality control and assurance protocols, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze and interpret complex data, ensuring the delivery of accurate and reliable results.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional healthcare teams to contribute to comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Proven track record of 2-4 years of post-NYSC experience in a reputable medical laboratory setting.

• Valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.

Job Overview

• As a Personal Assistant at our client's esteemed banking institution, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support to key executives.
• The successful candidate will be adept at managing tasks with precision, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations as needed.
