We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Electrical Incharge Officer

Job Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description


  • We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Incharge Officer to oversee all electrical operations, maintenance, and projects within our facility.
  • The role requires hands-on expertise in electrical systems, strong leadership in managing a technical team, and the ability to ensure uninterrupted power supply and compliance with safety standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance:

  • Supervise day-to-day electrical maintenance activities across the plant.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of electrical equipment, machinery, and power distribution systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.

Project Management:

  • Plan and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for electrical projects and equipment procurement.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems.
  • Train team members on safe electrical practices and emergency procedures.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations, preferably in manufacturing/industrial plants.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, transformers, and power distribution.
  • Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, NFPA).
  • Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

2.) Store Incharge Officer

Job Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To manage end-to-end store operations including receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials while ensuring compliance with company SOPs, ERP accuracy, safety standards, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Receiving & Verification of Materials:

  • Receive materials from suppliers and verify against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Conduct quantity and basic quality checks upon receipt.
  • Prepare and post Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) accurately in ERP systems.

Storage & Organization:

  • Allocate appropriate bin locations and maintain bin cards.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO methods for material handling.
  • Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe storage of materials including heavy slabs and chemicals.

Inventory Control:

  • Maintain daily stock ledgers and real-time inventory records in ERP.
  • Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.

Issuance & Dispatch:

  • Issue materials strictly against approved indents.
  • Ensure correct unit of measurement (UOM) during material issuance.
  • Prepare packing lists and coordinate safe loading and dispatch of materials.

ERP & Documentation:

  • Perform accurate ERP entries for GRN, material issues, returns, and stock adjustments.
  • Maintain store-related SOPs, records, and documentation.
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal and external audits.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards within the store.
  • Ensure mandatory PPE usage and compliance with chemical handling protocols.
  • Maintain 5S housekeeping standards in the warehouse.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise with Procurement for material planning and shortages.
  • Coordinate with Production for material availability and consumption.
  • Work closely with Quality for material inspection and acceptance criteria.

Loss & Cost Control:

  • Minimize handling damage and material losses.
  • Monitor scrap segregation and disposal.
  • Reduce material expiry and write-offs through effective FEFO implementation.

Specific Remarks

  • Candidate must have hands-on ERP experience in store and inventory operations.
  • Must be familiar with safe handling and storage of heavy slabs and chemical products.
  • Strict adherence to company SOPs and HSE standardsis mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in marble, granite, or similar building materials industries.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of store and inventory management practices
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
  • High attention to detail and record accuracy
  • Good communication skills in English and local language

3.) Mechanical Fitter

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilledMechanical Fitterwith hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair ofcompressors, pumps, and rotating equipment. The role involves ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety of mechanical systems in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Assembly:

  • Fit, align, and assemble compressors, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.

?Maintenance & Repair:

  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical components.
  • Replace worn-out parts, bearings, seals, and gaskets.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Perform operational tests to verify equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
