1.) Driver

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are seeking a responsible and reliable driver residing on the Island or close to the Island for immediate employment.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification 
• Minimum of 10years of driving experience.
• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads.

2.) Accountant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Ensure timely bank payments and monitor bank deposits.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Prepare the schedules for statutory remittances (PAYE, WHT, Pension, Company tax, ITF, NSITF, among others) and ensuring timely remittance.
• Maintain a complete and accurate Fixed Asset Register for the company
• Provide technical support and advice on management.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an Accountant in a trading company or related industry.
• Must have ICAN certification
• Thorough knowledge of Accounting procedures and principles.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3.) HR Business Partner

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for assigned teams.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and international HR best practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive remote work culture.
• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned staff and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD are an advantage).
• Minimum of 5years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices; exposure to international HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication, advisory, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and business acumen.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
