AMECRON Nigeria Limited is an indigenous firm established and incorporated on the 26th of June, 1980, under the companies and allied matters decree of Nigeria, 1968. Primarily set up, as a consulting Civil Engineering firm, the company served both the private and public sectors for a decade, before entering into the Oil and Gas industry in the turn of the decade (1990).
Amercron's services encompass consultancy - various Engineering and project design services through to supply and Installation with ongoing technical support, manpower supply, construction/Project Management and multidisplinary design, and procurement services. These are catergorized into four groups: Engineering Construction/Fabrication; Project Management; Procurement Services and Human Resources Management.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Business Integration Support Officer
Job Location: Nigeria
Job Dimensions / Scope
- A strategic thinker with an interest to set business outlook, frame the drivers for integrated delivery of desired business outcomes, identify and monitor key performance indicators and engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver top quartile short-, medium- and long-term business performances.
- Support the coordination, management and timely execution of Asset Management Improvement Programs, Transition Programs and deliverables that will facilitate leaner, more efficient systems to enhance performance and optimize / reduce cost.
Principal Accountabilities
- Support in driving integration across all functions to ensure clear and achievable short- and medium-term plans
- Support in delivering integrated risk management view of desired business outcomes
- Support in providing regular updates to business leaders as risks and opportunities to the plans and seek for interventions when required
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in providing updates, establishing expectations, problem solving, and program success metrics.
- Have sufficient technical knowledge / experience to aid development of technical documentation as well as participate in / contribute to technical review sessions (e.g., HAZOPS, design reviews, etc.),
- Ensure clients, partners, vendors, internal resources, and any project dependencies are on-track with their requirements, so the project plans remain on schedule.
- Lead / facilitate interface management and integration focused meetings involving various levels of leadership. Confident enough to provide verbal and written updates including communication with a wide range of stakeholders
- Coordinate / facilitate HSE Reviews, Assurance Audits and other business control sessions.
- Function as Safety Ranger on field locations during Shutdown activities execution
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Minimum Qualification: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Technical discipline
- Years of Experience: 3-5 years in a Similar role
- IT Tools / Systems: Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Suite

2.) Quanlity Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Maintenance Automobile Technician
Job Location: Nigeria
Job Dimensions / Scope
- Prepares forecasts and maintenance plans, procedures, and policies. Coordination and conducting required activities including job completion from stating when the job commenced to when it was completed, and sign-off and all associated tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance policy.
- Advice users/customers on Land Transport asset technical matters.
- Proactive involvement with customers to maintain high availability of the fleet.
- Ensure timely completion of all administrative processes.
- Implement asset integrity and reference plan.
- Maintain all records of all work done/pending, stocks in hand/ordered, workforce and customer relations.
- Completion of the maintenance scoreboard and reporting both through gsm/online and through physical methods.
- Maintaining data related to maintenance schedules, analysis and improvement development/plans as well as investigating technical failures and suggesting/implementing remedial measures.
- Supervision & quality assurance of preventive & corrective repair activities at the maintenance Contractor’s workshop. Co-location at the field to ensure use of OEM spare parts in vehicle maintenance.
Principal Accountabilities
- Compliance to maintenance job order process
- Obtain Logistics Co-ordinator, Logistics Supervisor and Maintenance Data Analyst approval on repairs/spare replace estimates
- Receive daily progress Report on Vehicles at the Workshops
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report to Logistics Coordinator and Maintenance Data Analyst.
- Support team for site inspections, engagements (workshop & other office locations), business performance review (for maintenance contracts)
- Background and experience in automobile maintenance and inspection; capable of inspecting light, medium & heavy fleet and administrative functions.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualification:
- OND in Mechanical Engineering
Years of Experience:
- Have “Hands-on” experience (3 years)/direct involvement of defect identification and repairing/ rectification of Automobile related components, repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of IVMS to track all journeys, Shell Driving (DDC), Automobile repair/diagnostics etc
- Have Mechanic training on vehicle maintenance/Trade test.
- Have analytical/ troubleshooting skillset
- Knowledgeable on HSSE SP (Land Transport) Control Framework
IT Tools / Systems:
- Computer Literate (MS Office Tools)
Team Leadership:
- Team Player
Teamwork:
- Ability to work with less supervision
Communication Skills:
- Ability to write and speak good English Language

3.) SharePoint Support Analyst
Job Location: Nigeria
Job Purpose
- The SharePoint & Intranet Support is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the company corporate repository.
- You will Work with the DRM Services SharePoint team, providing production support of core and non-core SharePoint platforms and solutions.
- The role holder must have the ability to own and resolve incidents end-to-end and work closely with other technical areas.
- The role holder is responsible for providing 2nd level user support for the SharePoint 2019 service.
- Support, Run & Maintain of SharePoint On-premises and SharePoint Online (Hybrid)
- Provide functional support to users on Sharepoint 2019
- Monitor and close out request service catalog on Service Now within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Monitor and close out incident tickets on ServiceNow.
- Provide weekly report of DRM activities and highlights on every Friday for review.
Principal Accountabilities
SharePoint Support Services:
The Contractors shall be responsible for providing SharePoint, Support Services which shall include but not limited to:
- Managing and checking the overall SharePoint health and functionality
- Provide NG-SharePoint functional support
- Monitoring SharePoint trends (e.g. site usage and growth, disk space usage and growth)
- Participates in weekly change advisory board meetings.
- Resolving and managing incidents–contacting users and resolving SharePoint problems within SLA
- Provide knowledge-based training on using SharePoint to users.
- Regularly auditing NG SharePoint environment for stability and performance
- Site creation and lists & user enablement
- Attend to incidents ticket on Service Now
- Attend to Service Now on Sharepoint to closeout users request within SLA
- Efficient on the use of Info Path, SharePoint Designer, Nintexwork flows and Share gate application.
- Updating online help sites for users to help with self-service and reduce queries to the team
- Ability to write and execute scripts for repetitive processes on Sharepoint.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- A Science or Engineering Graduate, with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience on managing SharePoint a complex environment.
- Sound knowledge of Document Management, Information Management Processes & Sharepoint.
- Basic understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Good communication and networking skills are mandatory.

4.) SharePoint & Intranet Support Officer
Job Location: Nigeria
Job Purpose
- The SharePoint & Intranet Support is responsible for day-to-day operation and management of the company intranet.
- This person is responsible for maintaining the visual design, site navigation and site content.
- Provide functional support to users on intranet portal built on Share point2019
- Monitor and close out request service catalogue on ServiceNow within Service Level Agreement(SLA)
- They are also responsible for coordinating key stakeholders, engaging, and training users and monitoring the health of the underlying technology.
- Support, Run & Maintain of SharePoint On-premises and Share Point Online(Hybrid)
- Monitor and close out incident tickets on ServiceNow.
- Provide weekly report of DRM activities and highlights for review.

Intranet Support Services:
- Support Intranet granting access to users.
- Managing user access requests on Intranet Services
- Providing support to staff with questions on the approval channels to display items on intranet
- Managing content team area linking through to the areas of the site used
- Develop and publish web pop-up banners on intranet SEPCiN webpage
- Content writer and maintenance of information and knowledge resources on the intranet to ensure it is kept up to date and supports users of the system
- Daily monitoring of intranet Service to ensure obsolete item/news are removed
- Conducting regular needs analysis sessions, evaluating usability, recommending and implementing improvements on the intranet site
- Managing & resolving user’s technical issues on intranet pages
- Supporting the development of team’sintranet service
- Provide support on SEPCIN website (A-Z links)
Key Challenges:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- A Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience with a flair for web development and intranet service.
- Sound knowledge of Document management, Information Management Processes & Sharepoint.
- A self-starter with good judgment, the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative platform and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a particular focus on writing for the web and social networks on intranet site
- Basic understanding of the components of common web technology (HTML, CSS, Java script)
- Passion for info graphics design and code development
- Good communication and networking skills are mandatory.
