1.) Business Development Executive

Job Location: Hybrid Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time  (Hybrid)

Job Summary


  • The Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and promoting the company reach to different healthcare services provider.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop innovative strategies to increase patient acquisition, corporate accounts, and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate organizations, HMOs, government agencies, NGOs, and community health programs.
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic centers, HMOs, pharmacies, and public health institutions.
  • Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies to meet revenue and expansion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry stakeholders, and clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand healthcare trends, competitors, and emerging technology opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to align client requirements with product offerings.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals and manage post-sales relationships for long-term growth.
  • Represent the company at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Track and report business development performance using CRM tools and data insights.
  • Provide feedback from the market to inform product improvement and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
  • Proven ability to meet sales or growth targets.
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good understanding of healthcare operations and the hospital market environment is an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.

2.) Culture and Growth Manager

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duration:  6 – 12 Months (Extendable)
Work Mode: 5 Days and two alternate half-day Saturdays

Role Summary

  • The Culture and Growth Manager is a multi-disciplinary leadership role responsible for nurturing a high-performing, motivated team while driving the people-side of business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will enhance internal team culture, lead talent development efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals across international placements, curated events, and strategic expansion.
  • This person serves as the bridge between people's experience and business outcomes—ensuring the team is inspired, supported, and aligned with the company’s mission to deliver transformative education services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture in hybrid and remote settings.
  • Design and manage onboarding, team-building, feedback, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Implement professional development plans and track learning progress across departments.
  • Develop a system for employee performance tracking and reward recognition.
  • Work closely with leadership to align people strategies with revenue, partnership, and placement goals.
  • Support the scaling of business operations, including recruitment for project-based roles (e.g. education fair support, outreach teams).
  • Contribute to internal workflows and SOPs that improve efficiency and client delivery.
  • Provide operational support for international student recruitment, partner school engagement, and post-event conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with events and placement teams to ensure adequate staffing, training, and support before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure all team members involved in education fairs or webinars are well-prepared and aligned on deliverables.
  • Lead post-event debriefs and internal performance analysis to identify process improvements.
  • Manage internal communication systems, updates, and platforms (Slack, Trello, Notion, etc.).
  • Create moments of connection: virtual check-ins, shoutouts, wellness challenges, and shared learning sessions.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador—monitoring team morale, promoting core values, and flagging burnout or support needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Master’s degree or HR/Leadership certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is a plus.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in a role combining HR, operations, and organizational development.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting teams in high-growth, project-based, or service-oriented environments.
  • Background in international education, events, consulting, or student services is highly desirable.
  • Strong people leadership, emotional intelligence, and team-building capabilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement people-centric systems and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Comfortable working with productivity tools (Google Suite, Trello, HRIS platforms, Slack, etc.)

3.) Sales Manager (Entry Level)

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Sales and Marketing
Job Mode: 5 Days Per Week (Flexible after 12 months )

  • They will combine their passion for international education with people skills, marketing creativity, and grassroots selling to inspire students and help them take bold steps toward studying abroad. They’re not just selling a service - they’re selling the possibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scout and engage prospective students through: School visits, university outreaches, and youth gatherings
  • Referrals, one-on-one chats, and networking in educational spaces
  • Track and follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings
  • Pitch study-abroad programs in a way that inspires trust and excitement
  • Convert inquiries into active applications by clearly explaining benefits and processes
  • Build meaningful connections with students, parents, counselors, and community leaders
  • Represent the brand at educational events, roadshows, and fairs
  • Distribute marketing materials and generate leads through face-to-face conversations
  • Organize info sessions, booth setups, and informal gatherings where students hang out
  • Assist in promoting programs via WhatsApp status, Instagram, and email newsletters
  • Support digital campaigns with local stories, testimonials, and creative content
  • Help students understand application requirements
  • Collect necessary documents and guide them through the application and placement process
  • Provide follow-up support until final placement or visa submission

Job Requirements

  • Confident speaker in both formal (presentations) and informal (student chats) settings
  • Past experience in campus leadership, sales, or youth programs
  • A passion for global learning and storytelling
  • Able to speak confidently to both students and parents
  • Natural networker and persuasive communicator
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, approachable, and culturally aware Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and Canva
  • Familiar with CRM tools (or ready to learn)
  • Social media literate (especially Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 (Negotiable)
