1.) Finance Manager

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's overall objectives.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.

Team Leadership:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

Experience:
