1.) Peronal Assistant / Legal Counsel (Male)

Job Summary
- The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (PA / Legal Counsel) will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and legal support to the MD.
- This dual role combines executive assistance with legal advisory functions, ensuring the MD is fully supported in decision-making, business operations, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel and logistics.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other official documents.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and compliance matters.
- Prepare briefs, meeting notes, and follow-up action trackers for the MD.
- Ensure the organization complies with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, government agencies, and business partners.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes where required.
- Organize and maintain documentation, legal records, and filing systems.
- Conduct research (legal, business, and administrative) to support the MD’s decision-making.
- Support in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, special projects, and board-level activities.
- Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); BL qualification is required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a legal role, with additional experience as a PA/Executive Assistant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract management, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

2.) ICT Instructor

Job Summary
- The ICT Instructor is responsible for delivering engaging and practical lessons in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- The role involves teaching students or trainees computer fundamentals, software applications, internet usage, and digital skills, while fostering creativity, problem-solving, and technological competence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver ICT curriculum and lesson plans tailored to learners’ levels and needs.
- Teach practical and theoretical concepts in areas such as:
- Computer hardware and software
- Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools
- Internet, email, and digital communication
- Basic coding/programming and digital literacy
- Conduct hands-on sessions and guide learners in projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Provide technical support and guidance to students in using ICT tools effectively.
- Maintain and manage ICT equipment, computer labs, and software updates.
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into teaching.
- Prepare instructional materials, manuals, and visual aids for lessons.
- Encourage ethical use of technology and promote online safety awareness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience as an ICT Instructor, Teacher, or Trainer.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in various software (like Microsoft Office), coding languages (Scratch, HTML, JavaScript), hardware troubleshooting, and network administration.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities, strong organizational and leadership skills, patience, adaptability, and a passion for fostering academic excellence.

3.) Mechanic
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all machinery and vehicles.
- Your duties will include monitoring inventory, inspecting vehicles, and assembling machinery.
- To succeed in this role, you should be physically and mentally fit and have a solid knowledge of basic mechanics, tools, service, and diagnostic equipment.
- Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems, and automotive vehicles.
- Meet with drivers to better understand their concerns and identify the issue.
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
- Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
- Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
- Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.
- Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users.
- Perform vehicle assessments and alert drivers to issues that will prohibit their vehicles from passing inspection.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certification from a vocational school or trade school is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
