1.)  Head of Partnership

Job Location: North West Region, Nigeria

The Role

  • Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Partnerships for Nigeria will be focused on developing, nurturing and managing relationships across the payments and Financial Services industry, 3rd party logistics and Telco Organisations in Nigeria.
  • We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial individual with strong product instincts and experience working with cross-functional teams to manage and grow our omni channel ecosystem.
  • The Head of Partnerships will play an integral role in supporting RedCloud’s strategic partner relationships, managing ongoing initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute on product and business initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with RedCloud’s partners
  • Understand our partners’ strategic priorities, challenges, and internal roadmaps; regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Track, analyse, influence, and communicate key metrics to support ongoing partnership management and identify new opportunities to fill product gaps or create net new business opportunities that deliver value to our users
  • Lead the development of partnership strategies that align with product and business goals and create the partner management framework to implement and manage these strategies
  • Source, structure, and negotiate deals with new and existing partners in pursuit of product and business objectives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities

Requirements
What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 5+ years of partner management experience, managing partnerships with fintech, consumer technology, B2B, or equivalent strategic, complex partners or 5+ years of other highly relevant experience
  • Experience executing partnership strategies to build innovative product experiences
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and translate identified opportunities into actionable changes.
  • You feel comfortable informing and evaluating technical engineering discussions.
  • Strong agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
  • Technical acumen, an ability to understand our product portfolio and strategy and use this understanding to define requirements with partners and evaluate new partnership opportunities
  • Excited and curious about being involved in payments and the prospect of delivering high-quality entertainment throughout the world.

2.)  Account Manager

The Role

  • As an Account Manager, you will play an integral role in developing successful, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients across Nigeria, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • As a key point of contact between customers and cross-functional internal teams, you will ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Acting as a link between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process
  • Build a solid understanding of the FMCG distribution chain, from end to end
  • Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our product
  • Working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Assist in the recruitment, assessment, and general management of the Field Activation Officers
  • Provide Sales Support and/or Professional Services for implementation
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics

The Role

  • As Account Manager, you will play an integral role in developing successful, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients across Nigeria, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Managing and developing client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationships with clients as our product road map evolves.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Acting as a link between Product Engineering and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that may arise during the pre-sales process.
