We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Registered Paediatric Nurse

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description 


  • We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Paediatric Nurse to provide specialized nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering age-appropriate, family-centered care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.
  • The role requires strong clinical judgment, empathy, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote optimal health outcomes for paediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the paediatrician.
  • Assist during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
  • Educate parents/guardians on treatment plans, preventive care, and child development.
  • Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
  • Certification in Paediatric Nursing is mandatory.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a paediatric unit.
  • Strong clinical and emergency response skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and child-friendly demeanor.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and staff documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, hospital policies, and healthcare standards.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and HR reporting.

Requirements

3.) Accident & Emergency Nurse

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a competent and dedicated Accident & Emergency Nurse to provide urgent and critical nursing care to patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting emergency physicians in delivering timely, safe, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and assess patients presenting to the emergency unit.
  • Provide immediate nursing interventions for acute and critical cases.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient conditions continuously.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist doctors during emergency procedures and resuscitation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and relatives.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience in emergency or acute care setting preferred.
  • Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license.
  • Post-basic qualification in Accident & Emergency / Critical Care / Emergency Nursing
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick clinical decisions.
