1.) Chief Security Officer

Role Brief

We are looking to hire a dynamic chief security officer (CSO) to join our company's executive management team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic security program for our company, and managing the security of our physical and digital assets.
To ensure success as a CSO, you should be able to foster a culture of physical and cyber security awareness that drives behavioral changes within the company. Ultimately, a top-notch CSO should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to minimize risk to ensure the physical safety and integrity of personnel and company information.

Responsibilities

Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and cybersecurity policies.
Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations.
Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.
Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.

Requirements

First Degree (HND / B.Sc) in Safety Management, Information Technology Systems or a similar field.
7-10 years of experience working as a security manager.
Retired Officer
Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity.
Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws.
Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws.

Remuneration
N200,000 - N220,000 Monthly.

2.) Facility Manager

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent

Role Brief

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool.
The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

Role Responsibilities

Operational and staff management responsibility.
Interface with suppliers and landlords agents to deliver results against established KPI’s & issue resolution.
Budget management.
Ensure statutory compliance for the account.
Managing performance of in-house and out-sourced services to agreed service levels.
Managing churn and refurbishments.
Contribution to the delivery of building related capital investment projects including M&E, control and security systems, internal and external fabric.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
Quality and performance management of all services including monthly performance reporting and maintenance of the site document registry.
Responsible for the coordination of emergency procedures.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, through regular communication and formal review meetings.
Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
Oversee security of buildings and grounds
Handle insurance plans and service contracts.

Role Requirements

First Degree (HND / B.Sc) in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
6 - 8 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
Strong procurement and negotiation skills.

Salary
N160,000 - N200,000 / month.

3.) Facility Officer

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Start Date: Immediately

Role Responsibilities

Ensuring that maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner so facilities continue to function well
Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other construction professionals throughout projects to ensure that deadlines are met
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including cleaning, maintenance, security, and repairs
Coordinating repair services for facilities including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping
Hiring, training, supervising, and firing employees who work in facilities including custodians, painters, electricians, plumbers, and security guards
Working with insurance companies to file claims for damage or loss to facilities including equipment, furnishings, or other property
Allocate office space according to needs
Maintaining records regarding building codes, fire codes, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance
Developing and implementing programs to improve the efficiency of facilities operations
Reviewing facility usage reports to determine which areas are being used most frequently and scheduling staff accordingly
Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly

Role Requirement

First Degree (HND / B.Sc) in Business, Engineering or equivalent professional level experience
3-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office/ MS project; automated preventive maintenance systems.

Remuneration
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
