We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Description

  • As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, creating, and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.
  • Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market presence and reach.
  • Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Your role will require strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the company's products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management on a regular basis.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine business development strategies and tactics to optimize results and drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

2.) Assistant Executive Director

Job Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Executive Director. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director to oversee and manage various aspects of our organization's operations, including strategic planning, program development, budgeting, and staff management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Director in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of programs and initiatives with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community members.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Executive Director.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop program objectives, strategies, and timelines
  • Coordinate program activities, including meetings, events, and workshops
